1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account and accessing Karadata, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use Karadata. By creating an account, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. Accounts found in violation will be immediately terminated.

2. Service Description, Beta Program & Subscriptions

Karadata operates as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing deep sports analytics and AI-driven forecasts. Access is sold exclusively via a time-based subscription (a "Temporal Pass").

Closed Beta Program: Karadata may operate in a Closed Beta phase. Where a Closed Beta is active, participation is limited to a fixed number of accounts and runs for a limited period ending on the date shown on the platform. Karadata may extend, shorten or close the Beta phase at its sole discretion. Beta accounts are granted complimentary access to premium functionality for the duration of the Beta only; when the Beta ends, accounts revert to the Free plan unless a paid subscription is active. Complimentary Beta access confers no right to continued access, to a refund, or to any credit or benefit after the Beta ends.

"AS IS" Provision: All services, analytics, and platform features during the Beta phase are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

3. Informational Purposes Only

All data, analytics, insights, and AI forecasts provided by Karadata are for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not provide financial, investment, or betting advice. You acknowledge that sports events are inherently unpredictable, and any reliance on our analytics for real-world wagering is done entirely at your own risk. Karadata holds no liability for any financial losses incurred based on the data presented.

Karadata operates entirely independently. We hold no affiliations, partnerships, or financial ties with any external bookmakers, betting operators, or gambling platforms.

4. HEX Credits & Gamification

Karadata features an internal, gamified system utilizing "HEX Credits" (or "HEX"). The following strict conditions apply to HEX:

• Not a Currency: HEX is strictly a virtual, non-transferable token used within our platform ecosystem. It has absolutely no real-world monetary value.
• No Purchasing Power: HEX is not used to unlock, purchase, or access the core platform predictions or data. Access to data is governed solely by your Temporal Pass subscription.
• Gamified Tracking: The sole purpose of HEX is to allow users to optionally "agree or disagree" with our AI models. This system tracks user expertise and performance across different sports and markets.
• No Cash-Out Value: HEX cannot be sold, traded, transferred, or redeemed for fiat currency, cryptocurrencies, or any real-world assets.
• Not Gambling: Because HEX has no monetary value and is not required to access our core services, its usage within the platform does not constitute gambling, wagering, or a transactional currency under any jurisdiction.

5. Data Protection & Account Termination

We process your Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in strict accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018). Users maintain the explicit Right to Erasure. Upon valid request or administrative account termination, a hard-wipe mechanism is executed to permanently purge all user records, virtual balances, and prediction data from our active systems.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.

7. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

All content, models, and analytics on Karadata remain our exclusive intellectual property. You are strictly prohibited from engaging in web scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized redistribution of our AI models and data. Furthermore, account sharing is strictly forbidden. Any violation of these acceptable use policies will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Karadata limits its civil liability regarding the use of this platform. We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from software bugs, service downtime, or inaccuracies within the AI models. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using the platform.
